We are looking for a detail-oriented SSR People Operations Analyst to join our HR Operations team. The role focuses on managing employee and organizational data, maintaining HR records, ensuring data quality, and providing HR support for employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management and HR Data Administration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage HR, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM) data.

- Handle medium-complexity HR data queries and maintain accurate organizational structures, reporting lines, compensation, cost centers, EEO, and workers compensation data.

- Analyze HR data for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with system functionality and processes.

- Collaborate with IT, Compensation, HRBPs, service providers, managers, and Data Governance teams to improve HR data quality.





- Identify process improvements and maintain HR organizational management documentation.

- Support regional/global HR projects and other high-impact operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.

- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes.

- Positive communication skills in English.

- Proficiency Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- SAP HR / SAP HCM experience.

- Experience in HR reporting and data management.

- Exposure to SuccessFactors or Workday.

- Experience in Personnel Administration (PA).

- Experience in Organizational Management (OM).
