SVPP - PLM Test Leader

Role Overview : The SVPP (Specification & Validation Plan Pilot) PLM Test Leader is responsible for planning, managing, and executing vehicle and system validation activities within the PLM setting. The role ensures that validation plans, test executions, and test results comply with project requirements, engineering specifications, and validation standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Validation Planning & Management

Create, maintain, and manage generic and project-specific Validation Plans in PLM.

Build and manage overall, driver, and elementary Validation Plans for vehicle development projects.

Drive validation activities across reference and applied product lines.

Schedule Validation Plans and test activities using BI tools and project milestones.

Test Management & Execution

Create and manage Unit Tests, Standard Tests, Test Steps, and Test Executions within Enovia V6.

Lead test execution activities and ensure validation is performed in the appropriate project context.

Verify test readiness, required inputs, and conformity between test resources and project requirements.

Monitor test progress, assess completion status, and ensure adherence to validation processes

Validation Results & Compliance

Evaluate and rate test results against defined requirements and specifications.

Consolidate validation results and support requirement status assessments.

Manage test findings and generate project issues for non-compliances.

Contribute to requirement validation, project acceptance, and engineering quality gates.

PLM & Lifecycle Management

Manage the lifecycle and revision control of Verification & Validation (V&V;) objects.

Maintain validation repositories and test assets within Enovia PLM.





Support diversity management and traceability of validation deliverables.

Ensure compliance with validation standards, processes, and governance requirements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Export and analyse KPIs using BO-BI reporting tools.

Generate validation reports, test procedures, and planning documentation using Excel and PLM tools.

Support coaching, training, and best-practice deployment for validation methodologies.

Drive continuous improvement in validation planning and execution processes.

Required Technical Skills PLM & Validation Tools

Strong Hands-on Experience With Enovia V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE PLM. Knowledge of Validation Plan creation, test management, and test execution workflows.

Experience with Rectify export/import processes.

Familiarity with BO-BI reporting and KPI extraction.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for validation planning and reporting

Validation & Engineering Knowledge

Verification & Validation (V&V;) methodology.

Test planning, execution, and result analysis.

Vehicle/System Validation processes.

Requirements management and traceability.

Lifecycle management of validation artifacts.

Domain Knowledge

Automotive product development and validation processes.

Understanding of PFDI, BCI, PRS, OV, and SWX processes.

Knowledge of validation scheduling, project milestones, and engineering governance.

Preferred Experience Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

7+ years of experience in Automotive Validation, PLM, or Test Management.

Experience working as a Test Leader, Validation Plan Leader, Vehicle Performance Manager, or equivalent role.

Exposure to vehicle integration, system validation, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Experience supporting global product development programs.
