nExperience: 8+ years

nKey Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop interior designs from Concept, SD, DD, CD to CA phases.
n
- Lead drawings, detailing, shop drawings, and submittals .
n
- Coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Design and Project teams .
n
- Review constructability and resolve design conflicts.
n
- Develop details for partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, doors & hardware .
n
- Support RFIs, value engineering, design revisions, and construction administration .
n
- Maintain QA/QC standards and design libraries.
n
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
n
- Worked on International projects
n
- Advanced Revit – Modeling, Documentation, Detailing, Templates & Families
n
