Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SRE Tech Lead with strong Python development and production operations expertise to ensure the reliability, scalability, availability, performance, and security of production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SRE activities focused on system reliability, scalability, availability, and performance.
- Develop automation and reliability solutions using Python.
- Drive observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance improvements.
- Manage production incidents, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Design and implement scalable and highly available production platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
- Lead and mentor the SRE team and ensure effective delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
- Interact confidently with customers and take end-to-end ownership of issues.





Required Skills:

- 10-12 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Robust production operations and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, automation, and incident management.
- Strong understanding of scalability, availability, performance, and security.
- Team leadership and people management experience.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
