We are looking for an experienced SRE/DevOps Engineer with solid expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), cloud infrastructure, automation, and site reliability engineering practices. The candidate will be responsible for managing scalable cloud-native platforms, ensuring application reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SRE/DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), cloud infrastructure, automation, and site reliability engineering practices. The candidate will be responsible for managing scalable cloud-native platforms, ensuring application reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using industry-standard monitoring tools.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting activities.




- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and deployment practices.
- Implement security best practices across cloud and container platforms.
- Build and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes administration.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and scripting (Shell/Python).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud Monitoring, and Cloud Logging.
- Knowledge of networking, load balancing, ingress controllers, and service mesh concepts.
- Experience with incident management, SLI/SLO, and reliability engineering practices.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Anthos or multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud-native environments.
- GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer Certification is an added advantage.
- Exposure to automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
