· Demonstrating the ability to thoroughly understand the tax client's questions, conduct thorough research,
and provide comprehensive responses.
What you'll bring to the team...
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing complex individual tax returns.
- Experience providing coaching, feedback, or quality reviews to tax professionals.
- Familiarity with tax preparation and tax review software.
- Previous experience in a remote or seasonal tax operations setting.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
