SEZ Compliance
Ensure compliance with SEZ Act, Rules, and applicable customs regulations.
Prepare and submit SOFTEX forms, APR (Annual Performance Reports), and other SEZ statutory returns.
Coordinate with Development Commissioner (DC) Office, SEZ Authorities, Customs, and other regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, domestic procurements, and duty-free transactions.
Monitor compliance related to Letter of Approval (LOA) conditions and SEZ operational guidelines.
Facilitate customs assessments, audits, and inspections.
Track and manage Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking (BLUT) requirements and renewals.

Finance & Accounting
Manage accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.
Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
Verify vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment processing.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure accurate accounting of imports, exports, and inter-unit SEZ transactions.
Reconcile customs duty, GST, and other statutory records with financial books.
