One of our early-stage Q-Comm companies is revolutionizing the way beauty products are purchased across India, and they are now looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to join the business in a business critical role.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the brand strategy — from positioning and messaging to visual identity and tone of voice — ensuring consistency across all channels
Drive content marketing across owned channels including website, social media, email, and thought leadership
Build and manage the demand generation engine in partnership with the sales team — including campaigns, events, and partnerships
Develop and maintain the go-to-market narrative for recent product launches and feature releases
Manage PR and communications, including media relations, press releases, and founder visibility
Establish and track marketing KPIs, reporting on brand health, pipeline contribution, and channel performance
Oversee relationships with external agencies and freelancers, including designers, copywriters,



and performance marketing partners

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related field
You're open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early stage
You understand brand strategy, content, and demand generation like the back of your hand
Solid instincts for storytelling — the ability to translate complex product capabilities into crisp, compelling narratives
A data-driven mindset: you're comfortable setting up tracking, attribution, and reporting from scratch
You've worked directly with founders or senior leadership and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
