We are looking for a confident, student-focused, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, build meaningful conversations, and drive admissions through personalized counselling.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and understand their *academic and career aspirations.
Provide personalized guidance on *courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
Manage and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective counselling.
Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
Achieve assigned *admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment journey.

Ideal Candidate





2+ years of experience in Admissions, Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech, or a related industry.
Proven ability to achieve *admission and conversion targets.
Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid student engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling prospective students and parents.
Ability to work effectively in a *fast-paced and performance-driven workplace.
