Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and customer enquiries.
Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Maintain lead database and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
Achieve lead generation and site visit targets.
Handle customer queries through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust telecalling and customer engagement abilities.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office
Robust follow-up and target-oriented approach.
Should be fluent in English & Tamil
