Responsible for day-to-day treasury operations, independently manage the Company's daily liquidity, fund movement, surplus deployment and investment liquidation and effective deployment of the company's available funds while keeping management continuously updated on the Company's cash position.

Fund Movement &
Banking Operations –
Manage movement of funds across various bank
accounts for disbursements, collections, vendor payments, lender repayments and other operational requirements.
Disbursement Funding –
Coordinate with Business, Operations and Finance teams to ensure
timely availability of funds for daily disbursements.
Short-term Investment Management –
Park surplus funds in appropriate short-term
instruments such as Fixed Deposits and Mutual Funds, within the Company's treasury policy.
Investment Liquidation –
Monitor investment maturities and liquidate FDs/MFs as required
to meet upcoming business and payment obligations.
Bank Account Management –
Monitor balances across various bank accounts and optimise
allocation of available funds.
Cash Flow Forecasting –
Maintain daily/weekly cash flow forecasts and highlight potential
liquidity gaps or surplus funds to management.
Treasury MIS &
Reporting –
Prepare daily/periodic treasury MIS covering bank balances,
investments, expected inflows/outflows, borrowing utilisation and liquidity position.
Coordination –
Work closely with Finance, Accounts, Business, Operations and lenders/banks
for smooth execution of treasury activities.
Core Competencies
Solid understanding of NBFC treasury and liquidity management
Hands-on experience in banking operations and fund transfers
Knowledge of FDs, Mutual Funds and short-term investment products
Strong Excel and cash-flow management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive transactions
Robust coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to independently manage day-to-day treasury operations
Qualification
CA / MBA Finance / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
