About the Role:

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is driven to use AI tools and workflows to reinvent how we do marketing from content creation and campaign optimization to performance analysis and customer targeting. If you're excited by AI's potential to make marketing faster, smarter, and more effective, and you actively seek out and experiment with current AI tools rather than waiting for them to become standard, this role is built for you.

You will still own the fundamentals of organic and paid social, SEO, email, go-to-market, and reporting but you will be expected to bring an AI-first approach to how that work gets done, and to lead your team in doing the same. Innovation here is noticed and rewarded.

What You Will Do:
Set marketing strategy across brand, content, demand gen, and product marketing, using AI to get more done with the team you have
Manage and grow a small team, and help them build AI into their own workflows
Run our Instagram and LinkedIn content and growth, using AI to speed up content production and testing
Run paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn Ads
Run paid search through Google Ads
Own our SEO strategy
Plan and execute email campaigns




Lead go-to-market plans for current product launches
Put together customer acquisition decks for sales and leadership
Put together customer service and support materials as needed
Report on performance weekly and monthly — traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI

What You Bring:
3–5 years in marketing, with real experience in social content, SEO, email, and paid social/search
You actually use AI tools in your work already and want to keep pushing on that
Some experience managing or mentoring people, and you're open to growing a team
Hands-on experience running Instagram and LinkedIn, both organic and paid
Comfortable with Google Ads
Solid grasp of Google Analytics (GA4) for tracking and reporting
Can put together a transparent performance report and present it to leadership
Have built go-to-market plans before
Have built customer-facing decks (sales or support) before.

Experience with GoHighLevel
Hands-on with specific AI marketing tools — copywriting, ad optimization, analytics, whatever you've used
B2B SaaS or tech marketing background
