About the Role :

IIVS is hiring a Gemstone Sales Expert to handle customer enquiries, understand their gemstone requirements, provide product consultation, and convert qualified leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle gemstone enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones.
Explain gemstone quality, authenticity, certification, pricing, weight, origin, and specifications.
Handle customer objections and close sales confidently.
Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, certification, and dispatch.

Candidate Profile :




1–4 years of experience in gemstone, jewellery, luxury retail, B2C, or consultative sales.
Good knowledge of gemstones and their quality parameters.
Knowledge of Vedic Astrology and gemstone recommendations is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Target-driven and comfortable selling high-value products.
