Key Responsibilities
Handle online product/service distribution through digital platforms.
Coordinate with customers and distribution partners.
Share product/service information through online channels.
Manage incoming enquiries and provide basic information.
Maintain customer and order-related details.
Promote products/services through social media and other digital platforms.
Follow up with customers and distribution partners when required.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly targets.
Skills Required
Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Ability to use WhatsApp and social media platforms.
Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn.

Salary: Based on company structure, experience, and performance.
