Key Responsibilities
* Daily Store Operations: Handle material receipt, storage, dispatch, and overall shop-floor store management.
* Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, record transactions, and assist with routine stock verifications.
* Cross-Department Sync: Coordinate with Production and Purchase teams for material availability and production consumables.
* Vendor & Subcontracting: Follow up with vendors and generate Subcontract Challans for outsourced processes.
* Billing & Documentation: Prepare Sales Invoices, process production Work Orders, and follow safety protocols.
Requirements & Skills
* Education:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate degree.
* Core Skills: Experience in store/inventory control, Sales Invoices, Subcontract Challans, and Work Orders.
* Tools & Soft Skills: Basic Excel / ERP proficiency, material planning skills, and solid vendor communication.
