Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize polymer formulations for:
Paints & coatings
Textile binders & auxiliaries
Construction chemicals
Conduct lab trials, testing & performance evaluation
Work on product development & cost optimization
Collaborate with production & QA teams
Handle FTIR, DSC, TGA and other analytical testing
Requirements:
M.Sc. / B.Tech in Polymer Science / Polymer Chemistry
2–4 years experience in formulation (must)
Robust knowledge of polymer chemistry & raw materials
Hands-on lab & testing experience
Preferred:
Experience in textile / coating / construction chemical industry
