Looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 4+ years of experience to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems using Node.js. The role involves owning backend services, APIs, databases, and system design in a fast-paced product workplace.

What You'll Do
Build and scale backend services using Node.js
Design robust APIs and backend architecture
Own database design, optimization, and data access patterns
Build high-throughput and low-latency backend systems
Implement caching, queues, and event-driven workflows
Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
Deploy and maintain production services on cloud infrastructure
Debug complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution
Collaborate with product, frontend, and engineering teams
Mentor engineers and contribute to backend engineering best practices





Must have 4+ years of backend engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with Node.js Robust understanding of REST APIs and microservices Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other relational databases Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems Experience building and scaling production-grade backend systems Experience with caching, queues, and asynchronous processing Experience with cloud platforms Robust coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
