Project Management
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budget requirements
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Work closely with R&D; division to identify technological gaps and develop projects/ initiatives for current products and technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and lessons learned for future improvement.

Technical and Systems management
Apply system-level thinking to understand interactions among mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operational functions.




Support engineering decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate technical reviews, design reviews, and risk assessments.
Ensure project requirements are translated into executable engineering and manufacturing plans.
Identify and resolve integration issues affecting system performance, cost, quality, and schedule.

Manufacturing and Operations
Collaborate with manufacturing, production, supply chain, and quality teams to support product realization.
Understand manufacturing processes, production constraints, tooling requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

Risk management
Conduct risk assessments and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks.
Support in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across projects.
