Designer - Hospitality3 - 5 years of experience

Malik Architecture is on a look out for a Designer to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced designer to lead Hospitality and Commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated and have robust time management, communication, coordination skills and ability to multi-task along with exceptional architecture and interior design abilities.

Expectations
Experience leading project teams from concept to completion
Strong skills in concept development, space planning and FF&E;
Proven experience and solid creative ability
Understand and audit interpretation of briefings
Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, makers, artisans and suppliers
Ability to build strong work relationships, internally and externally
Ability to read,



understand and correct technical drawings from engineers, architects and makers along with strong drawing skills

Requirements
Architecture or Interior Design degree or equivalent
Portfolio should include Residential, Hospitality and Commercial Projects
Exceptional Graphical Communication skills through sketches and diagrams
Robust technical drawing skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong ability to Professionally Communicate written and spoken English
Proficiency in CAD, 3D SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
Proficiency in Revit is an advantage
