About The RoleWe are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to validate and qualify leads generated through our online and offline marketing channels and ensure genuine, relevant leads are passed to the Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with leads and understand their requirements.
Collect and validate share/investment-related information.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Assign qualified leads to the Business Development Team.
Coordinate with BD for any additional information required.

Skills & Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-calling or Lead Qualification.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Any Regional language proficiency is a plus for example Punjabi.
Solid listening, questioning and customer-handling skills.
Positive attention to detail and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
