Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization in building a strong talent pipeline across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with Hiring Managers/HODs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing, interviews, selection, offer,



and joining ratios.
- Support recruitment drives, bulk hiring, and walk-in interviews when required.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
- Experience hiring for multiple departments and levels.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and market sourcing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
- Travel & Tourism industry experience will be preferred.
