Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret trends in hiring and workforce data to boost talent acquisition strategies.
- Preprocess, clean, and validate datasets for accurate and reliable insights.
- Build and optimize dashboards in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for real-time recruitment tracking.
- Collaborate with departments to meet talent needs, providing data-driven insights to hiring stakeholders.




- Evaluate recruitment campaign effectiveness and propose actionable improvements.
- Design predictive models to forecast workforce trends and hiring requirements.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts on data best practices.
- Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics into talent analytics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and workforce analytics tools.

Requirements Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in HR or talent acquisition.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong skills in Python or R for statistical programming.
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Proven expertise in working with large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

- Master's degree in Analytics, HR, or related fields.
- Experience in a global, multicultural setting.
- Predictive modeling or machine learning expertise in workforce analytics.
- Knowledge of HR Tech solutions like ATS, CRM, HRIS systems, etc.




- Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and hiring funnels.
