Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for the position of Sr. Surveyor at HCC. The Sr. Surveyor will oversee and execute land surveying activities on-site, ensuring accuracy in measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities include preparing survey data, reviewing drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, and maintaining compliance with project plans and industry standards.



The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure efficiency and precision in site operations, while adhering to safety protocols and schedules.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in modern surveying tools and equipment, including Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of land measurement techniques, mapping, and topographical surveying
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assist in preparing detailed survey reports
- Project coordination skills, with experience in handling large-scale construction projects
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and solid analytical thinking
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and relevant regulatory guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred
