Software Engineer (3P) – Full Stack Product Engineering (Observability Platform)

About the Role

We're seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development and evolution of our enterprise Observability platform. This role requires strong full-stack development skills, a product engineering mindset, and a solid understanding of modern observability and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance cloud-native observability solutions.
- Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, microservices, and telemetry processing capabilities.
- Contribute to features across Monitoring, Observability, AIOps, Event Correlation, Predictive Insights, and Self-Healing Automation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence through code quality, testing, automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Analyze telemetry data and operational feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, observability technologies, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

- 6-8 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.




- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern UI development practices.
- Experience with backend development using .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP, along with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of observability concepts including Metrics, Logs, Traces, Dashboards, Alerting, Incident Management, and Operational Analytics.
- Exposure to observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, Current Relic, AppDynamics, or OpenTelemetry.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics, anomaly detection, predictive insights, or automation using telemetry data.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Product mindset with focus on customer value, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
