Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality applications, partnering closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. You will own the end-to-end application lifecycle, from architecture and technical design through frontend, backend, APIs, data integration, testing, and deployment, while collaborating with UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, promote engineering best practices, automation, and secure-by-design principles, and proactively address technical risks, with a focus on accelerating time to production, improving release quality, and minimizing escaped defects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Full Stack &
- DevOps Engineering: Develop and deliver high-quality frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, data integrations, and cloud solutions while implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and deployment best practices.

- End-to-End Technical Ownership: Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable full-stack applications, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

- Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions, conduct architecture and code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers to promote quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Stakeholder &

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI, QA, DevOps,



and technology teams to translate requirements into effective solutions and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

- Engineering Excellence &

- Continuous Improvement: Champion DevSecOps, test automation, CI/CD, observability, security-by-design, and continuous improvement to accelerate time to production, improve release quality, increase deployment reliability, and minimize escaped defects.

- Technical Problem Solving: Lead troubleshooting of complex production and development issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions that improve application reliability, performance, and maintainability.

- Mentorship &

- Developer Growth: Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, code reviews, pair programming, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge sharing, helping strengthen their engineering skills and ownership.

- Production Support &

- Operations:

Provide timely production incident support, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure application stability, reliability, and continuity of business operations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM” Majors (Science, Technology,

- Engineering and Math)

- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development using PHP, .Net, C# or Java

- 5+ years of experience in PHP, MySQL with strong OOP’s concepts





- 2+ years of experience in .Net, SQL with strong OOP’s concepts

- 2+ years of experience in HTML, Handlebars, SASS, Typescript, JSON, ES 12/13 and Node

- 1+ years of experience with Adobe/Google Analytics.

- 1+ years of experience in converting wireframes/redlines/mockups into responsive
- functional web applications on various view ports.

- Experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Rally, JIRA, CI/CD)

- Work as an individual contributor, as well as lead major backend and frontend
- development projects as a team with fellow developers.

- Solid desire for continuous learning to pick recent tools/technologies

- 5+ Years of Drupal core development experience

- 2+ Years of .Net /C# experience

- Professional certification in .Net/C# is a must
