Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve our website’s search visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and other SEO elements.
- Plan and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting website performance and rankings.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Work closely with the content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights based on performance data.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends,



and industry best practices.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to improve organic visibility and generate qualified leads.

Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Robust understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Proven experience in improving organic rankings and website traffic.
- Good knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and link-building strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SEO-friendly content and website structure.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO projects.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
