Roles and Responsibilities:

The role of a ServiceNow GRC Developer / Architect includes collaborating with other members of the client team to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Development in ServiceNow modules i.e., GRC (mandatory), ITSM, SECOPS and Custom application development
- Robust Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI)
- Expertise in building and consuming APIs using REST/SOAP, with knowledge of JSON and XML
- Write Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks
- Utilize Python for Advanced data processing and creating utilities that complement ServiceNow functionalities.

Roles:

- Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform - User Management
- Entity Scoping leveraging CMDB




- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management (Classic), Migrate existing risks to risk management module
- Audit Management
- Customization and Development of GRC/ IRM solutions in ServiceNow

Good to have

- Ability to Design and architect solutions to automated client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements
- Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
- Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
- Provide training to client team on user and admin level. Support handover process
- Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive
