Job Title: Senior SEO Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute SEO strategies for multiple websites and client projects. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, rankings, traffic, and overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO strategies.
- Perform detailed Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis and Market Research.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and other on-page elements.
- Conduct regular Technical SEO Audits and identify website issues affecting search performance.
- Manage and improve Google Search Console and Google Analytics performance.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs.
- Develop and execute effective Link Building and Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Analyze competitors' SEO strategies, backlinks, keywords and content.
- Identify opportunities for improving organic traffic and search visibility.
- Coordinate with Content Writers, Web Developers, Graphic Designers and Social Media Teams.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google Algorithm Updates, SEO trends and industry best practices.
- Handle multiple SEO projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members when required.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and advanced SEO techniques.
- Excellent understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis.
- Knowledge of Link Building, Backlink Analysis and Local SEO.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website structure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects independently.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant SEO experience will be considered an important factor.

Experience 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with an SEO agency or digital marketing company.

- Improve organic rankings and search visibility.
- Increase relevant organic traffic.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues proactively.
- Deliver SEO activities within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate reports and project documentation.
- Contribute to measurable SEO growth for client websites.

What We Expect We are looking for someone who is responsible, analytical, proactive, target-oriented and capable of independently handling SEO projects from strategy to execution.
