Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and assigned showroom sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.

Product Presentation: Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing and offers to customers clearly.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Product Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of jewellery products, designs, collections, pricing and ongoing promotions.

Customer

Follow-up: Maintain customer relationships and follow up with prospective and existing customers for repeat business.

Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Showroom Standards: Maintain proper grooming, discipline,



product display standards and skilled behaviour on the sales floor. Billing & Coordination: Coordinate with billing, inventory and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions. Reports & Team Support: Maintain required sales/customer records and support the Floor Manager and Showroom Manager in achieving showroom targets.
