- Analyze engineering drawings and clarify requirements with suppliers
- Float inquiries and obtain supplier quotations
- Finalize purchasing terms and release POs
- Maintain purchase & supplier records
- Follow up on material demands and delivery confirmations
- Visit suppliers and resolve routine technical issues
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabrication & machining requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Procurement / Purchase Process
- Ability to understand Fabrication & Machining Drawings
- Technical problem-solving & countermeasure skills
- Knowledge of MS Office & ERP systems
- Good written & spoken English
- Robust communication, organization and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented, systematic and reliable approach
