Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
- Translate product requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UI Developers, QA, DevOps/SRE, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and product development.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of end-to-end product delivery and technical implementation.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong Python programming and software architecture skills.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance applications.
- Strong understanding of coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
