Industries Exposure: Automotive, HVAC, Mechanical / Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Special Purpose Machines
Key Responsibilities
- Handle vendor management for mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration component procurements.
- Source materials, consumables, gases, silicon gaskets, SRN materials, calibration vendors, and site-specific requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders in Excel format and maintain PO master data.
- Follow up on PO deliveries, shipment schedules, and vendor job readiness (e.g., powder coating vendors).
- Address vendor failure issues and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain supplier history records and audit-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Independently manage day-to-day purchasing activities with minimal guidance.
- Travel across India to meet suppliers and support operational requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:
