Purchase Executive – Karauli Diagnostics

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the purchase of medical, laboratory, diagnostic, and general supplies.
- Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations, prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible price and terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of reagents, consumables, medicines, stationery, and other materials.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, POs, invoices, and vendor details.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand their purchase requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team to avoid shortage or excess inventory.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Check received items for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and develop recent vendor contacts.
- Handle vendor issues related to quality, delivery,



pricing, or replacement.
- Ensure purchases follow company policies, quality standards, and healthcare requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Track market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure critical medical and diagnostic supplies are available without interruption.
- Prepare regular purchase and vendor reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate honesty and professionalism in all purchase-related activities.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, Pathology, or Medical Equipment industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of medical/diagnostic consumables and general purchase processes.
- Positive negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase/inventory software/Tally.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
