Reporting To: Project Head / Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate the execution of solar water pump tender projects across Maharashtra. The role will involve coordination between government departments, customers/beneficiaries, internal teams, vendors, logistics partners and installation teams to ensure timely project completion as per tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of solar pump projects awarded through government tenders in Maharashtra.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules and deployment plans.
- Track project progress against milestones, installation targets and contractual timelines.
- Coordinate with field teams for site surveys, material dispatch, installation, commissioning and handover.
- Monitor pending installations, site issues and project completion status.

2. Government Tender Coordination

- Coordinate project-related activities as per tender/contract conditions, BOQ, specifications and timelines.
- Maintain records of work orders, LOAs, agreements, approvals and other project documents.
- Coordinate with concerned government departments, authorities and nodal officers.
- Prepare project status reports and updates required by government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and documentation requirements.

3. Maharashtra Project Management

- Coordinate projects across different districts and locations in Maharashtra.
- Maintain district-wise and site-wise installation trackers.
- Coordinate with local teams, dealers, contractors and installation agencies.




- Monitor district-wise targets and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Support resolution of site-level issues related to beneficiary availability, land/site readiness, water source, electrical requirements and installation.

4. Material & Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores and Logistics teams for timely availability and dispatch of:
- Solar pumps
- Solar panels/modules
- Structures
- Controllers
- Cables
- Pipes and accessories
- Mounting hardware and other project materials
- Track material dispatch, delivery and installation status.
- Ensure proper documentation for material movement and site delivery.

5. Installation & Commissioning

- Coordinate with installation teams for timely execution at beneficiary sites.
- Track installation, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to approved technical specifications.
- Coordinate snag rectification and rework wherever required.
- Ensure completion reports, photographs, commissioning reports and other required documents are collected.

6. MIS & Reporting

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly project MIS.
- Prepare district-wise and site-wise installation reports.
- Track:
- Target vs. achievement
- Material dispatched vs. installed
- Pending installations
- Commissioned pumps
- Site issues
- Payment/documentation status
- Warranty/service issues
- Present project progress to senior management.

7. Team & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Stores, Finance, Service and Sales teams.




- Follow up with vendors, contractors and installation agencies.
- Maintain regular communication with government officials and project stakeholders.
- Escalate critical project delays and operational issues to management.

8. Documentation & Billing Support

- Maintain complete project documentation for audit and tender compliance.
- Coordinate collection of installation/commissioning certificates and beneficiary acknowledgements.
- Support billing and payment documentation as per tender milestones.
- Coordinate with Finance for submission of required documents for payment claims.

Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in government tender/project execution.
- Good knowledge of solar pumps, solar energy projects or renewable energy projects.
- Solid Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and escalation management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra as required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
