Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and customer priorities
- Allocate jobs to machines (blown film/cast film extruders, gravure/flexo printing presses, lamination, slitting, pouching lines) based on capacity, changeover time, and order urgency
- Optimize machine scheduling to minimize changeovers, ink/substrate wastage, and idle time
- Track and update production status in ERP/MRP systems

Material Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials (PE, PP, BOPP, PET, CPP films, inks, adhesives, solvents)
- Monitor raw material and WIP (work-in-progress) inventory levels
- Plan material requirements based on BOM (Bill of Materials) for each order

Order & Delivery Management

- Liaise with sales/customer service to understand delivery timelines and priorities
- Track order progress from raw material stage to dispatch
- Communicate delays or bottlenecks proactively to stakeholders
- Ensure on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery performance

Process & Efficiency Monitoring

- Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), machine utilization, and downtime
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
- Work with production/quality teams to reduce rejection and rework rates
- Support root cause analysis for planning-related deviations





Reporting & Documentation

- Generate daily production reports, order status reports, and MIS reports
- Maintain records of job cards, work orders, and production schedules
- Prepare capacity utilization and efficiency reports for management review

Cross-functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspection/release schedules
- Coordinate with Maintenance for planned preventive maintenance without disrupting schedules Coordinate with Design/Prepress team for artwork and cylinder/plate readiness
- The company will provide the following advantages to the selected candidate:
- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
