Role & responsibilities

1. Overall responsible for compliance of Fire fighting system / equipment in the company.

2. To strictly monitor that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are being used by all workmen and employee.

3. To ensure the safety precaution during work permits and ensure all fire related compliances.

4. Fire fighting Training provided to the company employees and contractor workers.

5. To identify and minimize unsafe act and conditions and report the same to the management.

6. Fire fighting checklist / inspection carry out as per the checklist.

7. Service and maintenance of fire extinguisher, fire hydrant system, Co2 flooding system, SCBA set and fire hose.

8. To conduct Fire Drill and prepared reports.

9. Inspection of fire pumps and water storage tanks.

10. Standby duty during the hot work permits.

11. Trained to the contractor fireman and security guards for fire fighting. Any other job assigned by the Management / superior
