Role Description The Sr. Manager – Production/Manufacturing (Injectables, Sterile/Non-Sterile) will lead and oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for injectable products, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Bahadurgarh (Delhi NCR), India and involves planning production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and monitoring throughput to meet targets and timelines. The role includes supervising shop-floor teams, managing sterile and non-sterile injectable processes, coordinating with QA, QC, maintenance, and supply chain for smooth operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Sr.

Manager will implement and maintain cGMP practices, documentation,



and validation activities, handle audits and inspections, and contribute to cost control, efficiency enhancement, and capacity expansion. The position also requires mentoring team members, supporting training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in injectable manufacturing (sterile and non-sterile), production planning, and shop-floor supervision in a regulated pharma environment.
- Solid knowledge of cGMP, WHO/GMP, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and documentation practices relevant to injectable manufacturing.
- Experience in process optimization, capacity planning, continuous improvement, and cost-efficiency initiatives within pharmaceutical plants.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional production teams, with effective people management, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, preferably in injectables, with prior exposure to audits and regulatory inspections.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using production-related tools and basic ERP/MIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with QA, QC, engineering, and supply chain, and readiness to work on-site in Bahadurgarh (Delhi NCR).
