Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Billing to lead and manage the complete billing and commercial operations for the construction equipment rental business. The candidate will be responsible for strategic billing management, revenue control, customer reconciliation, compliance, and process optimization across multiple projects and regions.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Billing Management - Lead billing operations for large-scale construction equipment rental projects.

- Develop billing controls, revenue monitoring systems, and process improvements.

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely invoicing across business units.

- Commercial &
- Contract Oversight - Review major rental contracts, commercial terms, and pricing structures.

- Ensure compliance with rental agreements and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and project teams.

- Client Relationship &

- Revenue Control - Handle key customer reconciliations and commercial escalations.

- Monitor receivables, outstanding payments, and billing performance.

- Support strategic collection and commercial management initiatives.

- Team Leadership - Lead billing teams across multiple locations and projects.

- Establish KPIs, operational controls, and performance monitoring systems.





- Drive employee development and process discipline.

- Compliance &

- Financial Governance - Ensure GST compliance, audit readiness, and financial accuracy.

- Support internal and external audits related to billing and commercial operations.

- Analyze operational risks, billing trends, and profitability.

- Reporting &

- Management Support - Prepare management dashboards, revenue reports, and commercial MIS.

- Present billing performance reviews to senior management.

- Support strategic business growth and operational planning.

Qualifications

- Experience: 15+ Years

- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA

Required Skills

- Extensive experience in construction equipment rental billing and commercial operations.

- Strong understanding of heavy equipment rental contracts and revenue management.

- Expertise in finance, taxation, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.

- Robust stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
