Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, methodologically rigorous Senior Lead - M&E; to oversee complex impact evaluations, quantitative social research, and large-scale field studies. You will bring deep technical fluency in causal inference, a track record of executing multi-region primary data collection.

II. Field Operations & Quality Assurance

- Contextualization of research tools
- Review complex digital survey instruments
- Logistics & Financial Oversight
- High-frequency data checks (HFCs), and back-checks
- Stakeholder management and sampling strategies

III. Technical & Analytical Competencies

- Advanced Statistics/Econometrics
- High fluency in STATA along with advanced SurveyCTO / XLSForms programming
- Automated data monitoring scripts
- Evidence-Informed Design
- Embedding M&E; findings directly into live program iterations
- Complex statistical findings through transparent, actionable visualizations

What You Must Have / Non-negotiable

- 9+ years of experience in impact evaluation, quantitative development research within international NGO, or development / M&E; / Social Sector, multilaterals (e.g., World Bank, UN agencies), or major global foundations
- Knowledge in counterfactual evaluation methodologies, sampling strategies
- Ability to manage timelines, and project deliverables
- Expertise in baseline-to-endline panel tracking across rural/urban field settings
- Preferred knowledge in Stata/R (reproducible coding practices) and SurveyCTO/XLSForms
