Urgent Hiring for Senior Lab Chemist – Carbon Black Manufacturing

Location: Jitwal village Malerkotla, Punjab

Experience: 6–8 Years in Carbon Black / Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage laboratory operations and testing activities during assigned shifts.
- Conduct and supervise testing of Raw Materials, Oil testing, Process Samples and Finished Carbon Black as per approved specifications and test methods.
- Ensure timely testing and reporting of key Carbon Black parameters such as DBP/OAN, Iodine, Tint, Ash, Moisture, Heating Loss, etc.
- Monitor test results and immediately highlight out-of-specification (OOS) / abnormal results.
- Ensure proper *sampling, testing, documentation and maintenance of laboratory records.
- Coordinate with Production for process and product quality requirements.
- Ensure proper use,



calibration and upkeep of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Guide and supervise Lab Chemists/Technicians deployed in the shift.
- Ensure compliance with approved SOPs, safety practices and quality procedures.
- Support shift operations and ensure proper handover of laboratory activities and pending work between shifts.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Carbon Black testing and quality parameters.
- Ability to independently manage shift laboratory operations.
- Good understanding of laboratory instruments, SOPs and testing procedures.
- Good documentation, coordination and team-handling skills.
- Ability to identify and report deviations in test results promptly.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
