Job Title : Senior HR Recruiter BFSI : Client Management

Location : Mumbai (Dadar)

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter BFSI to manage end-to-end recruitment as well as client relationships and hiring requirements for our BFSI clients.

The role involves understanding client needs, managing mandates, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI clients.
- Handle and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and manage hiring mandates independently.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and ensure quality profile submissions.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and closures.




- Maintain regular client communication and provide recruitment updates.
- Develop and maintain a strong BFSI talent pipeline.
- Identify opportunities for additional hiring mandates/business with existing clients.
- Achieve recruitment and closure targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 8-15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a consulting/staffing/RPO company.
- Excellent client handling, stakeholder management, communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements independently and work in a target-driven workplace.
