About the Role

Madly Talented is building one of India’s most powerful influencer and creator-led marketing ecosystems — and we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands how creators, content, and brands come together.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to execute influencer campaigns end-to-end — from creator sourcing to content delivery to reporting.

If you live on Instagram, understand reels culture, know how influencer campaigns work, and want to grow fast in the creator economy — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Source and onboard influencers across categories (beauty, lifestyle, food, fashion, parenting, etc.)
Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end (briefing, timelines, approvals, posting, reporting)
Communicate with creators regarding deliverables, content guidelines, and timelines
Track live campaigns and ensure content is posted as per brand requirements




Maintain influencer databases, pricing, availability, and performance records
Assist in campaign reporting (reach, engagement, performance insights)
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
Support senior managers in campaign planning and execution

Who You Are
0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media (internships count)
Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and influencer content formats
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working with multiple creators and tight deadlines
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Passionate about content, creators, and digital culture
