End‑to‑End claims operations for London Market specialty lines, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and delivery of high‑quality outcomes
Drive technical excellence, governance, and accuracy across complex specialty claims while ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s and regulatory standards
Ability to interpret claims trends and provide actionable insights to underwriting teams
Ensure accuracy in Lloyd’s reporting, bordereaux review and claim data validation

Responsibilities

Develop strategies on the floor for reducing attrition and improving employee satisfaction. Stay in touch with people and have the pulse of how they think and what needs to be done to influence them. interact with clients and process owner on a regular basis to review progress, recommend action plan and suggest improvement
Creating account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, business impact, employee engagement and human capital development
