Salesforce Development Manager

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to ₹45 Lakhs per annum

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead a high-performing Salesforce team responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), and Net Zero Cloud.

This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and ownership of release management practices. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and global teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and support resources.
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Remain hands-on with Salesforce development, integrations, and technical problem-solving where required.
Drive release management and CI/CD best practices using tools such as GitHub and Jira.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions.
Ensure delivery quality, governance, security, and platform performance.
Support testing, deployment activities, and production issue resolution.

Required Experience




8+ years of Salesforce development and solution design experience.
Proven experience managing Salesforce development teams.
Solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot/MCAE).
Robust understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Jira, and release management processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience
Exposure to Net Zero Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Additional Salesforce Architect or Marketing Cloud certifications.
Experience working within Agile delivery settings.
