Description
We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Officer to join our Digital Banking Kotak 811-VKYC team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the Video Know Your Customer (VKYC) process, ensuring a smooth and secure onboarding journey. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our digital banking services and driving sales for the bank.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing the VKYC process, offering step-by-step guidance and support.
Ensure a secure and compliant onboarding experience, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Act as a sales representative, promoting and cross-selling Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services to customers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer onboarding processes.
Collaborate with the VKYC team to identify and implement process improvements.
Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and best practices.




Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide valuable customer insights.
Ensure a positive and productive customer experience throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or customer service.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
