Test Strategy and Execution :
Ø Provide direction to the QA, GC, Partners and Actuary team for designing, planning, and executing UAT projects.
Ø Ensure system(portal/PIE/GC) system quality at all stages of the system life cycle
Ø Create and maintain user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios for multiple projects simultaneously
Collaboration and Communication
Ø Act as the point of contact (POC) for all assigned UAT projects and releases.
Ø Liaise with business analysts, partners, developers and IT to analyse unique issues/bugs
Ø Be the first point of contact for IT & partners to assist in resolving integration, blaze and GC related issues
UAT Test Case Design and Execution:
Ø Design and create UAT test cases.
Ø Identify relevant data for testing.
Ø Analyze test results and report in a timely manner.
Ø Familiarize yourself with best practices and standards by collaborating with your immediate team
