Job Summary

About You:

As a hands-on HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-paced IT environment, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, and employee support. You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle in a fast-paced IT environment.

- Manage onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and employee records

- Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and compensation support

- Work on HRIS (BambooHR or similar) for data accuracy and reporting

- Vendor Management - HR/Admin vendors and stakeholder coordination (Finance, IT, Admin)

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

- Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness

- Support recruitment activities, offer rollouts, and background verification

- Handle employee queries, letters, and HR operations tasks





- Support Employees Travels & coordinate Visa process & paperwork.

- Employee Benefits co-ordination as required, preferably

Requirements

- 7 to 10 years HR Generalist experience in IT/Software industry

- Based in Pune; comfortable with work from office (5 days)

- Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience

- Hands-on with HRIS tools and Payroll processes, HR Audits & Compliance

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

- Reliable career background

- Immediate/Early joiners preferred
