HealthCap India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr. HR Manager to lead talent acquisition initiatives and strengthen our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and building effective talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, consultants,



and other recruitment channels.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
- Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Pharma industry background will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements effectively.
