- Manage recruitment and manpower requirements across resort departments and HO.
- Handle employee joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate employee accommodation,
welfare, uniforms, and other staff facilities.
- Manage training, employee engagement, and performance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and personnel files.
- Work closely with HODs to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR or a relevant role.
- Hospitality background preferred.
