About the Role We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Visualiser cum Graphic Designer to join our in-house brand and marketing team for a retail and luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong art and design background, a refined visual sensibility, and the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts across print, digital, retail, and campaign formats. Prior experience working with jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands will be an added advantage. This role requires someone who can think conceptually, execute creatively, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external creative agencies to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touch-points.

Key Responsibilities Develop robust visual concepts and creative directions based on marketing and campaign briefs Create layouts, mood boards, campaign references, presentation decks, and visual storytelling elements Work closely with the Marketing Manager and brand team on campaign planning and execution Coordinate with external creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives Collaborate with photographers, VM (Visual Merchandising) teams, printers, vendors, and content/design partners whenever required Ensure consistency in visual identity across all communication and campaign materials. • Vendor Coordination Coordinate with print and fabrication vendors for production execution Supervise artwork adaptation, print outputs, sizing,



and finishing details Ensure quality control across all printed and fabricated materials Campaign &

• Brand Support Design and adapt creatives for: Print advertisements In-store branding Social media Digital campaigns Outdoor campaigns Packaging and marketing collaterals AI-Assisted Creative Workflows Use AI tools for: Moodboard creation Concept ideation Visual references Creative exploration Presentation development Additional Responsibilities Support seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, launches, and retail communication Stay updated with trends in design, fashion, luxury retail, advertising, and AIassisted creative workflows Assist in retouching supervision and visual quality checks wherever required Requirements 4–6 years of experience in visualisation, graphic design, branding, or creative direction Prior experience with jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands preferred Formal education in Art, Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or a related creative field from a recognised art/design institute. ◦ Branding &
